By doing that, you will start to see over successive fasts if you are retreating straight back into negative eating habits.
Each time you are going to start a new juice detox, spend the days leading up to it reading back through your journal over previous cleanses
This will help to prepare your mind for the good and the bad ahead, and allow you to plan to change the way you do things.
